Fuel type may vary by vehicle. Please check the inside of the fuel door before refueling. If you’re unsure, contact us and we’ll be happy to confirm.
Most vehicles in our fleet use a contactless pickup process. If you have trouble locking or unlocking the vehicle, please contact us directly.
Some vehicles support Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Connection type may vary depending on the vehicle. If you need help getting connected, feel free to reach out.
If a warning light appears or something doesn’t seem right, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help.
Pickup Reminders
Before driving off, please take a moment to:

- ☑ Confirm the fuel level.
- ☑ Make sure you have everything you need for your trip.
- ☑ Contact us right away if anything looks incorrect.
Return Reminders
When your trip ends, please remember to:
- ☑ Return the vehicle on time.
- ☑ Refuel according to your trip requirements.
- ☑ Remove all personal belongings. Check for any items left in the doors, trunk, glove box, or under the seats.
- ☑ Follow the return instructions provided for your booking
